Linium is currently recruiting a Customer/ Technical Support Representative for our client located in Ballston Spa, NY. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity paying a competitive salary!
Responsibilities include:
- Working directly with clients to determine their needs
- Installing software for clients
- Training clients on the functions of the software once installed
- Over the phone and some in person troubleshooting
Requirements for the role:
- Strong Customer Service focused background
- Comfortable with technology, ability to learn new technologies quickly - training will be provided on the software used
- Problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
