These positions will be responsible for overseeing the cleanup efforts in Schenectady County in the aftermath of Hurricane Irene.

 Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing crews of workers taking part in the cleanup efforts
•  Project Management duties related to scheduling, budgets, delegating tasks and
  supervising
• Creating cost effective plans and schedules using the computer
• Monitor compliance with building and safety codes
• Ensuring all necessary permits and licenses are obtained
• OSHA compliance & quality control programs
• Handle any issues that may arise related to the project or staff

 

Requirements include:

• 3+ years' experience working in construction cleanup in a supervisory role
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
