Part-Time Receptionist

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist for our client in Colonie, NY. This is a temporary to possible permanent opportunity. Hourly rate will be $12 hour based on experience. This position may transition to more of a full time opportunity as the candidate becomes comfortable in the role.

Hours for this position are Monday-Friday 10am-2pm.

This individual will provide back-up to the company's current receptionist during breaks and will also be responsible for administrative and data entry support.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative support experience
  • Basic excel skills are a plus
  • Friendly, personable demeanor
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritize and remain organized
