We like to be completely upfront and honest with our candidates throughout the entire hiring process. Any job hunt can seem confusing, get overwhelming and seem unclear of what is to happen next and who is to make the next move. We have compiled a follow up guide for all of our candidates to help navigate you through our process after your initial interview with one of our recruiters. Best of luck!

Follow up: What to expect after today's interview

1.       What happens next?

  •          Depending on the position you are being considered for there could be a series of steps. For example, you may have to do skills testing, interview with our client, drug testing, a background check and/or your references could be checked.  If we do not have any positions currently in alignment with your experience, we'll be in touch as new roles become available.

2.       How do I get referred to a position?

  •          The Linium Resource Manager you interview with will refer you to a position if your skills and experience are a good match for the role.
  •          Before you are referred for a position your Resource Manager will speak to you in detail about the position and the company it's with and you can decide whether or not you're interested in being considered.
  •          Your Resource Manager will submit your resume for the position based on your skills and experience as discussed in the interview. If the client is interested we will set up an interview for you with our client.

3.       Who contacts me for an interview?

  •          Unless otherwise specified a Linium Resource Manager will always coordinate your interview with the client.
  •          Your Resource Manager will work with the company to schedule your interview and then will confirm all of the details about the interview with you.

4.       How do I know if I got the job?

  •          Our client will work with us and let us know if they would like to extend an offer for employment.
  •          At this point the Linium Resource Manager will contact you and extend the offer.

5.       Is there a fee for Linium Staffing services?

  •          No- New York State law prohibits staffing companies from charging you a fee for placing you in a job.

6.       Do I know where my resume is being sent?

  •          Yes!- Each time a Resource Manager would like to submit your resume to a client you are contacted and asked permission first.

7.       How do I communicate with Linium?

  •          As positions become available your Resource Manager may contact you through phone or email to let you know about the opportunities.
  •          If you see job postings for positions you're interested in that have been posted by Linium, you can contact your Resource Manager directly
  •          You can call or email the Resource Managers at any time to connect with them.
