Our Albany, New York office is led by Branch Manager, Miriam Dushane. Miriam is responsible for managing the entire operations of the NY staffing division, she oversees all recruitment efforts, business development, employee management and complete P&L. Miriam, specializing in recruitment, employee relations, training & development, possesses over 15 years of HR experience in industries including: employment services, banking/finance and health care.
CT Managing Partner
Our Hartford, Connecticut office is run by Kristin Cameron, a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Prior to Linium Staffing, Kristin worked at Prudential Home Mortgage in Maryland where she started as an HR Assistant before becoming a Recruiter and then HR Generalist. She then moved onto Chevy Chase Bank in Maryland to sharpen her skills in Human Resources and Employee Relations as an HR Manager. Relocating back to Connecticut, Kristin decided to switch gears and combine her recruitment and employee relations experience with sales, and became the Branch Manager of a national staffing service for four years before starting the CT office in April 2000 with the Linium partners. Kristin is responsible for managing the entire operations of the CT staffing division, where she oversees all recruitment efforts, business development, employee management and complete P&L. Kristin is a member of SHRM and the American Staffing Association, as well as the Glastonbury Chamber of Commerce and has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and the Staffing Industry.
