The Assignment

Selection of the right Associate includes consideration of skills, practical work experience and personality. Once placed, our assignment quality control system goes into effect. An arrival check is completed on the first day of the assignment to verify our Associate's safe and timely arrival. A performance check is made at the end of the first day of the assignment to confirm that our Associate is fulfilling the necessary job requirements. Simply put, we want to make sure that we have made the perfect match.

Quality assurance is a three-step process: the hire, the assignment, and the follow through. At Lauren Staffing, we have an ongoing system to measure and maintain the quality of our personnel. With this in mind, we will develop specialized evaluations for each department to be completed on a weekly or monthly basis, whichever a Client prefers.

Our Eight Hour Guarantee

Each Associate has undergone a comprehensive evaluation and assessment process designed to ensure customer satisfaction. Every Associate is guaranteed to perform the tasks specified by our client.

However, if our clients, for any reason, are less than satisfied with the performance of one of our Associates, a call to Lauren Staffing within the first eight hours of the assignment expressing dissatisfaction ensures that you will not be invoiced for the hours that an Associate worked.

Lauren Staffing's applicant software program is web-based. It is a powerful and productive search and recruitment tool that enables us to make the best possible match in the least amount of time.

Our web-based system makes it possible for our staff to access our applicant pool from both our office and at home, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
