- Competitive Pay - Associates receive highly competitive hourly rates that are closely matched to average salaries paid for full-time employees.
- Holiday Pay - Six paid holidays, and Associates are eligible after working only 440 hours during the 13 weeks prior to the holiday.
- Vacation Pay - Associates who have worked 1,500 hours during the 12 months between their anniversary dates are awarded vacation pay of 40 hours.

- Referral Bonuses - We reward our Associates for referring their friends to Lauren Staffing. After the referral has worked for Lauren Staffing for 40 hours, Associates are paid referral bonuses between $25-$100.
- Incentive Bonuses - incentive bonuses are utilized when we want to award our Associates for completing a project/assignment for a client.
