Leading Services & Resources
Linium is available for on-site cultural assessments, facility tours, training sessions, meetings or any initial activity required to successfully provide recruiting services. In addition, all clients are assigned a designated Business Development Manager to work side-by-side with the Linium recruiting team for any and all assistance needed to deliver excellent services.
Retention Program that Works
At Linium we know one of the most significant potential areas for cost savings is maintaining high employee retention rates. The cost savings in terms of time for replacement, ramp-up, re-training, continuity, recruiting, interviewing and termination are significantly outweighed by lower bill rates or fees.
Our proven Retention Program starts with getting to know our client and understanding their needs, the culture of their organization, the roles that are to be filled and then matching the candidates accordingly. Once a candidate is selected for a role, we provide a complete onboarding process and ongoing communication with employees and clients to ensure that expectations are met on all sides. Part of our retention program also includes a full, affordable benefits package available to our temporary/contract employees. Any employee working on an assignment lasting longer than 3 months is offered a full suite of company sponsored benefits. These benefits include holiday pay, paid time off, medical, dental and vision insurance along with life and disability insurance. By providing these benefits, we meet the personal needs of our employees so they can concentrate and perform at the highest level for our clients.
On-site Account Management
While providing quality resources to our clients is our top priority, our services do not end when the candidate starts employment. We provide as little or as many on-site visits to meet with employees, the HR team and/or management as needed. We provide on-site account management to include assisting with training of the new employees, coordinating any client onboarding process and any other employee/client relations or needs.
Reporting, Analysis & Metrics
Linium provides a variety of metrics reporting at our client's request. We have the ability to provide data on applicant tracking, new hire data, retention rates, termination data, affirmative action data, cost reporting or any other customized need.
